This Refund Policy applies to all paid plans and credit packs purchased from AutoRank Enterprise. It matches the summary given in the FAQ on our Pricing page.
AutoRank Enterprise does not offer a money-back guarantee. Please read this policy before purchasing a plan or credit pack.
There are no refunds on used credits. When a tool runs, the data and AI processing behind it are consumed immediately, so credits that have been spent cannot be refunded.
That's why the free plan gives you 5 credits free to test everything first, no card needed. We encourage every customer to try the free plan and the tools properly before paying anything.
Paid plans cancel anytime — there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops your subscription from renewing, so no further charges are made. Amounts already paid are not refunded, including for a billing period that has already started.
