1. The Service

AutoRank Enterprise is an 18-in-1 AI SEO tools suite provided through a web dashboard, including keyword and niche research, live SERP data, an AI content generator, topical maps, and schema, LSI and PAA tools. We may add, change or remove features over time as the Service develops.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your country of residence.

3. Plans and pricing

The Service offers a free plan and the following paid plans, billed per month:

• Starter — $9/month
• Normal — $19/month
• Pro — $39/month
• Premium — $79/month

A 25% discount applies to yearly billing. Plan features and credit allowances are described on our Pricing page. We may change prices or plan features; changes apply from the next billing period after they are posted.

4. Credits

Most tools in the Service consume credits when they run. The free plan includes 5 credits free so you can test the tools. Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance as shown on the Pricing page, and additional credit packs can be purchased on the Credits page. Credits are a unit for measuring use of the Service only: they are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

5. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime — there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future renewals. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Card payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for card purchases. We also accept JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfer; those plans are activated after we verify the transaction reference you submit. By making a payment, you also agree to the applicable provider's terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to bypass credit limits, security measures or access controls;
• Scrape, overload or disrupt the Service in a way that harms it for other users;
• Share, resell or transfer your account access to another person;
• Misrepresent data generated by the Service as coming from another source.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

8. Service availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We use reasonable efforts to keep the Service running and its data accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. SEO outcomes such as rankings and traffic depend on third parties (including search engines) and cannot be guaranteed; data shown in the Service is provided for guidance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoRank Enterprise will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, lost rankings or lost traffic) arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
